Model of governance and management in human rights

Challenge

Ensure the effective implementation of a human rights governance and management model within the Indra Group. The governance and management model is based on international governance and management standards such as the COSO framework and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, as well as European regulations such as the CS3D.

Results

A comprehensive analysis has been carried out of the components that a company must have in its human rights governance and management framework.

Based on the analysis of the requirements of the COSO framework, the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CS3D) directive, the CSRD and the OECD guidance, the entire internal framework for governance and management of human rights impacts at Indra Group is examined in depth.

The results are as follows:

  • Gap analysis of the company’s governance and management model for human rights impacts.
  • Recommendations for each principle of the governance model and management model.
  • Roadmap for the integration of due diligence in the company.
