AIMED AT:

Companies and associations of companies that need accompaniment in the stages of elaboration of the ESG report.

 

OBJETIVE:

Accompaniment during the months of preparation of the ESG report or sustainability report, to respond to the regulation on sustainability reporting in a collaborative manner, with tools that simplify the process.

In addition, it counts with the participation of thematic experts in specific work sessions.

The tools and strategies will facilitate the ESG information management process and its exploitation in a real and efficient way.

Array of examples of other companies’ measures carried out in relation to their ESG/EINF Reports.

At each stage of the program, useful tips for making the most of the processes are included.

 

SCHEDULE

1. Report Strategy

Establish the objective, purpose and target audience of the Report.

2. Perimeter and Scope

Development of the information map to respond to standards, regulations and their position towards them.

3. Data Collection

Develop and integrate the data collection process as a process that enhances the quality of information reported by the organization.

4. Content Development

Establish an organizational thread to tell the story of the firm’s ESG value creation.

5. Publication and Stakeholders Engament

Highlight the value of the reporting process. Publication strategies, dissemination to stakeholders. Internal and external communication plan. Lessons learned.

Methedology

1. Preparation

A themed email will be sent for each phase, which will include key points to be addressed, links to resources included in the platform, and important notices.

2. ESG Reporting Forum

Monthly sessions, led by an expert, where stage objectives, key points, doubts and proposed resources are reviewed.

3. Themed Sessions

Accompanied by specialised experts, regulatory and methodological aspects will be addressed collaboratively. Includes 6 workshops and 2 webinars.

4. ESG Reporting Platform

With the support of the ESG Reporting platform, where companies will find all the resources they need at each stage. Some examples include: the calendar, check list, indicator collection sheets, communication plan, stakeholder map, best practices, award-winning reports.

5. Specific Inquiries

A 40-hour support package is included for the review of deliverables made by the companies during the ESG reporting cycle, e.g. report table of contents, communication plan, etc.
