Manuel Balseiro

Manuel has over 25 years of experience as a Managing Director in technology companies—ranging from SMEs to multinationals—driving their ability to compete in local and global markets. He has led strategic planning, corporate and organisational development, operations management coordination, and business development for key clients across both the public and private sectors.

He has participated in the creation of cloud-based technology solutions incorporating AI for the sustainable and smart management of energy consumption, compliance with ISO 50001 and BS EN 16247-1 and 3 standards, carbon footprint calculation, and the full lifecycle management of Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs).

He was a founding team member and served on the Board of Directors of ClusterTIC Galicia.

He holds a Degree in Mathematics, specialising in Computer Science, and earned a qualification in Business Sustainability Management from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership (CISL) at the University of Cambridge.
