Challenge
Train Securitas Iberoamerica’s sustainability managers in the latest ESG requirements, initiatives and trends and so they can lead it´s implementation in the company.
Results
Online training program adapted to the company, with more than 10 ESG experts, combining theoretical and practical classes adapted to Securitas’ context, with a final face-to-face session, simulating a multi-stakeholder sectoral focus group with the different faculties that participated in the sessions.
