Model of governance and management in human rights
Challenge
Ensure the effective implementation of a human rights governance and management model at Cellnex, Europe’s leading operator of telecommunications towers and infrastructure.
This governance and management model is based on international standards such as the COSO model and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, as well as European regulations such as the CS3D.
Resultados
A comprehensive analysis of the components of the current human rights governance and management model based on the regulatory framework has been carried out for Cellnex.
Cellnex has a Human Rights Due Diligence and Assessment process in place, which covers the company’s activities throughout the entire value chain.
As a result of this analysis carried out by Conese, the company has updated the following key elements with which it will be able to update its strategy based on the human rights regulatory framework:
•Gap analysis of the company’s governance and management model for human rights impacts.
•Recommendations for each principle of the governance model and the management model.
•Roadmap for the integration of due diligence in the company.
