Horse

Impact Map and Risk Management of Human Rights

Challenge

Identify the company’s main impacts on human rights, mapping how these impacts manifest across Horse’s value chain and determining the potentially affected stakeholders (rightholders). The objective was to obtain a clear and systematic understanding of the risks and impacts associated with Horse’s operations, as a foundational step towards meeting emerging European regulatory requirements and strengthening the company’s human rights due diligence strategy.

Results

Conese developed the human rights impact identification methodology in line with international standards such as the OECD Guidelines, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, and upcoming regulations including the CS3D.

The analysis resulted in the Human Rights Impact Catalogue for Horse, which consolidates the potential impacts on the company’s various rightholders. This catalogue was reviewed and aligned with the company’s corporate risk map, enabling Horse to integrate human rights considerations into its broader risk management approach and reinforcing its commitment to responsible business conduct.
